We made wontons!
These are cilantro wontons that Ming's grandma taught her to make. The original recipe calls for pork, but we substituted with strained tofu for the vegetarians of the Spök-spök crew. Cilantro is called "fragrant vegetable" in Chinese. Isn't that a great name?
Even the Baron likes them!

What's wontons ???
Wontons are a super delicious Chinese dumpling. You can fill them with almost any combination of meat and vegetable and then steam, boil, or fry them. My fav is wonton soup!
