The most recent Morot samples have arrived, this is what they look like. A couple more final tweaks, and they should be ready for production.
In other news, Spok-spok is going to New York for a looong (5 day) weekend! Why? To spend time with friends and shop for toys.
Also, here's a little reminder regarding the photo contest:
Spök-spök and his friends love to travel, and to take photos of their adventures. Now they’re inviting YOU to take some pictures of them for their awesome photo contest!
1. Take some pictures of any of the Spök-spök characters (Spök-spök, Spökelina, Toofhairy, or Baron von Kon) in a setting of your choice. Be imaginative and adventurous. Be super duper cute. Or be serious and dramatic. Anything goes.
*UPDATE: We've had questions concerning whether contest submissions can be photoshopped, and although we'd prefer photographs that have not been modified, photoshopped pictures can be submitted as well. We prefer unaltered photographs, though. :)
2. Send in no more than 5 of your best photos to contest(at)spokspok(dot)com make sure to include your name, e-mail, and where the picture is taken.
3. If your picture is chosen among the 8 winners, you will be notified via e-mail.
OK, this sounds like fun, but what do I get if I win?
We’ll chose 8 winning pictures, and these winning pictures will be featured in a fancy postcard set entitled “Spök-spök‘s Travel Adventures!” that will hit the stores a few months later.
The winning photographers will not only have their photograph featured on a postcard in the set, they will also receive a copy of the set (this way you don’t have to buy it from a store!), and the picture we chose as our favorite will win a super limited, only one in existence, exclusive… Long-haired Toofhairy!!! (Yep, it's the one in the picture at the beginning of this entry)
The contest opens now and the last day to enter your photos is June 30’th 2008.
If you have any questions, please e-mail us at contest(at)spokspok(dot)com and we’ll get right back to you with an answer!
