This morning was busy, finding the right Pantone numbers for the new prototypes, e-mailing these numbers to the manufacturer, and creating blue prints of the details that are to be embroidered on the new prototypes. It's all great fun, though, and we're looking forward to seeing the result when the first prototypes arrive in a couple of weeks. Then we'll also share it here on the blog.
Creating and maintaining your very own line of plush toys is hard work. It doesn't seem like a lot of work when you first start out, but as the project grows new things to attend to pop up daily. It is however all worth it in the end. Seeing your art in stores, available to the public is a great feeling, and knowing that you're contributing to the growth of an art movement is even better.
