Every now and then Spök-spök get some attention in the press. This is always exciting, but nothing is as exciting as when we get featured in a book!
The latest book we've been featured in is a nice little coffee table book (here pictured on a coffee table) called Crammed Organisms, and it's all about designer plush.
The good people behind Crammed Organisms choose to feature two pieces of Spök-spök art created earlier this year for a gallery show. Can you tell what they are? They're deers, one is happy and the other one is a wee bit worried for some reason!

Paint Fest!

Lately we've been busy painting here at the Spök-spök head quarters. A few shows have been planned for 2009, and painting, painting, painting is our mantra at the moment.
We're also excited about the Toofhairy Mini's making their way to a store near you. Keep an eye out for the limited edition pink ones. Only 50 made!

Jena Singing in Swedish!
As you might know, we're huge fans of Cheburashka here at the Spök-spök HQ. In Swedish, Cheburashka is known as Drutten, and the crocodile side kick is called Jena (very similar to his Russian name Gena). This is a clip of Jena singing the crocodile song in Swedish. Enjoy!

The Baron and The Rain!

Baron von Kon is, as we all know by know, always super grumpy and angry. At the moment he's hanging out in New York, and when he looked outside this morning, he sighed deeply and murmured "Another gray rainy day... grrr...". Then he posed for a photo.
